"Give Us Hope." In a time marked by job uncertainty, rising costs, and mounting pressure to succeed, hope can feel hard to hold onto. In this session, Janny Sivilay invites us to explore what it truly means to thrive through hard times. Leave with practical ways to sustain our wellness, care for ourselves, and support each other.

Janny Sivilay, LSCSW, LCSW, is a licensed therapist and owner of Seikra Therapy. She brings 13 years of experience in the mental health field and her work is deeply informed by her lived experience as a Neurodivergent Southeast Asian American. In addition to her private practice, Janny serves as Director of Admissions at Camber Mental Health, Co-Chair of Asian Mental Health KC, and a board member of the Johnson County Suicide Prevention Coalition. She specializes in working with high-achieving professionals, neurodivergent individuals (AuDHD, ADHD, and autism), those navigating cultural and family trauma, boundary-related stress, identity conflict, and inner child work. Her clinical approach is rooted in IFS and EMDR, with integration of CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Attachment-Based Therapy.
