Menu for the night:

Appetizer Assortment – Crispy Brussels Sprouts, Anticuchos, Charred Edamame, and Tuna Tower

Choice of Entrée (1):

• Sansho Pepper Salmon – pan seared with ginger, garlic, capers and cherry tomato in a yuzu butter pan sauce
• Maki  (choice of any two from list)

Choice of Dessert (1):

• Chocolate Spring Rolls – toasted cashews, cinnamon, raspberry purée, chocolate syrup, vanilla bean ice cream
• Chocolate Torte – chocolate ganache with coconut milk, layered with toasted coconut and cashew, raspberry sorbet (vegan)
• Tempura Fried Ice Cream – pound cake, vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, raspberry purée, powdered sugar

Drinks: green tea or soft drink
