Like an in-person career fair, a Virtual Career Fair will offer up to 25 recruiters, all with company information and current job openings. Recruiters will have the ability to text/chat one-on-one and invite candidates to video conference immediately. Additionally, premium recruiters will be able to give 20-minute corporate overviews in a "one-to-many" presentation.

We welcome all highly qualified candidates, regardless of race, ethnicity, and membership to participate. Our organization's mission is to build leaders and help companies recruit diverse candidates.
