'Constant notifications, a ton of emails, and a maxed-out phone/laptop storage contribute significantly to a feeling of overwhelm and burnout. Bring your devices  to reset your virtual environment in this live, real-time workshop with Kim Shiu.

This is a collaborative hour to purge digital clutter, organize your current projects, and create space for deep work. Kim accommodates all device types and email platforms, tailoring the session to help you build a calmer, more focused day. It's also an opportunity to connect with fellow NAAAP-KC members.

Kim Shiu, MPH, is a professional organizer and Kansas’s only Certified KonMari™ Consultant. Through her business, Tidy for Good, LLC, she helps busy people in the Kansas City area transition from overwhelmed to organized. Trained directly in the world-renowned methods of Marie Kondo, Kim provides the expert structure needed to create a home, workspace, or digital environment that truly "sparks joy."

NAAAP Kansas City is hosting a finance-focused workshop designed to help entrepreneurs at every stage turn their side hustle into a sustainable main hustle.

This session will cover the fundamentals of building a strong business plan, financial planning strategies, and navigating small business loans. Mary Buche from Academy Bank will share insights on small business loans, banking resources, and what entrepreneurs should know when preparing to seek funding.

You’ll also hear from three local entrepreneurs (Gingko Embrodiery, ChaTime, and Alba Laredo Ceramics) who will share their experiences, lessons learned, and insights from building their own businesses. Whether you’re refining your strategy, seeking capital, or preparing to scale, this workshop will give you practical tools, real-world perspective, and the financial clarity to grow with intention.
