Are you wanting to start therapy but have zero clue about the process, costs, or what it even entails? Do you want to start therapy but feel perhaps you may need an AAPI perspective as many of the things you’d Iike to unravel have to do with being Asian? 

Join us for this is informational workshop that will cover basics, questions you may have, and learn about what is best for you and your needs.

This is open to folks of all marginalized communities. We encourage our AANHPI community mostly to join us, as mental health is a huge stigma in our culture.
