More than 7 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s, and nearly 12 million are unpaid caregivers. Within Asian American communities, caregiving is often shaped by strong cultural expectations, yet rarely discussed in professional spaces. This program is the first in a four-part series designed to build awareness, empathy, and leadership capacity around Alzheimer’s and caregiving in the workplace.

Part 1: The Impact of Alzheimer’s in the Workplace
This session will explore how Alzheimer’s affects employees, caregivers, employers, and workplace productivity, while equipping professionals and leaders with practical strategies to create more supportive, inclusive, and compassionate work environments for those impacted in our communities.

Program:
5:30-6:00pm: Networking and Appetizers from Q39 BBQ
6:00pm-7:00: Presentation
